I recently produced a video-less video for an IT company. The video had tech-y music, a fast pace and was nothing more than words, their logo and contact information. What was that again? Hearing and seeing information makes it easier for the viewer to understand it the first time.

It's All About the Details
When you're creating a video-less video, you need to compensate for what's missing. Often, videos are edited with what's called "natural sound"; the little noises that match the action in the video, like footsteps or fingers typing. Without these elements the piece feels hollow, so it's important to incorporate great music, an energized voice-over and sound effects.
